Uzbekistan is rich by local gastronomic traditions and Uzbek cuisine is, indeed, one of the most delicious ones (in my humble opinion), so there's too hard to surprise someone by some delicious food here. The creators of Truffle restaurant were too risky to open the restaurant of cuisine couture in Tashkent, but they didn't lose! As for me, today this place is the best in town by all criterias: cuisine itself, service, interior, atmosphere. By the way, this is the only restaurant in Tashkent which offers molecular cuisine. I love this place and recommend it to all!
