My father and I we really enjoyed staying in Shangri-La Istanbul. It’s the 4th time we stayed in your hotel. We really liked everything, we were warmly greeted from the first day.A special gratitude to Mr. Mehmet Kasdan(Duty Manager)for his attention and our good accommodation, so we enjoyed our 4th stay in the hotel. The Chinese restaurant The Shang Palace was impeccable, the best Chinese food I have ever eaten.We also used SPA and again everything was at its best level. The Shangri- La chain of hotels corresponds to the highest quality level

Spent 4 nights with family during first week of May. Enjoyed every moment. Food is excellent. We particularly relished the breakfast and our special thanks to the Executive Chef Mr. Ercan Yamanturk and his team.

it was short stay, 2 days only but you can feel the luxury of service once you reach, during your stay and after checking out. very friendly staff, first hotel in my life allows me to check out at 9pm!!

This hotel is so elegant and beautiful, once you enter it's like entering a palace in France. The lobby is simply stunning and the room we stayed at was quaint and like taken out of a art book.
Staff was very accommodating, friendly and service minded. Can't thank them enough for all they did for us.
Would love to come back and stay.

This Hotel is truly amazing. It is like a real museum. We arrive early in the morning, around 9 am, after a long night trip from Egypt. The check in was super fast a super friendly. Our room 511 was amazing, two levels of pure luxury, with great views to Bosphorus. Location is excelent. I am sad that i did not had time to go to the pools, it was very nice. Very friendly staff.
