Ejder has a good location next to the roman acqueduct. We ordered the stuffed peppers and eggplant for vegetables and the mixed grill platter for meat. While the stuffed eggplant was not available that night the owner recommended another eggplant dish which his mother has been preparing in the same way for the last 25 years. The stuffed pepper and eggplant was excellent. The chicken kebab and the cis kepap was also very good. The lamb chops were the best we have had in a while. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. However, the lamp kebab (cubes) were a bit tough and the only disappointment for the evening. Service was very attentive and friendly, and overall a place we would go back to when in Selcuk.
