Loved the location, the room, the bed, the sheets, the shampoo, the invitation to enjoy whatever was in the minibar at no charge, the fantastic breakfast and most of all the staff who, to a person, were warm, attentive, generous and made us feel very special.

First trip to Tel Aviv and I was told to focus on the boutique hotels as opposed to the larger hotels.

Rooms very well appointed and the shower was amazing.

All staff very friendly- the team were kind enough to organise some last minute printing for work.

Breakfast was delicious and great to have such a different and varied selection.

We are not regular boutique hotel people but loved the White Villa. Located on a small boulevard, the room was lovely and the common areas very attractive. The staff was terrific, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and walking tours. In a country known for its breakfasts, this was the best! If you’re tired of the mega hotel scene, this is a welcome alternative. Toda raba.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and loved it. The rooms are beautiful. The bedding is top notch and the bathrooms big and clean. The breakfast that they serve is out of this world. We will definitely stay here again.

We recently had the occasion to spend several evenings at the hotel. We have been to Tel Aviv many times and have historically stayed closer to the sea.

The hotel is located in a lovely residential area in Central Tel Aviv which we found to provide wonderful access to the city including great restaurants, the beach, Neve Tzedek, Diezengof, The Markets and many of the venues that make TA such a vibrant and exciting city.

Our room(s) were spacious and comfortable but some of the bathrooms could improve counter space to accommodate personal toiletries and related. Also, would suggest providing 2 luggage racks for rooms with 2 guests; we were able to obtain the 2nd luggage rack when we asked but had to ask each time we returned to the hotel( we stayed Multiple times over a 2 week period).

The staff was generally helpful and very accommodating when asked but was not very proactive in asking if there any were things we needed ( eg. restaurant recommendations and reservations) or with information about events , activities or things to see and do and goings on during our stay. There were no copies of “Time Out”, “Where” or similar publications providing useful current info on cultural and related things of interest nor were there any newspapers.

Breakfast was included and breakfast hours were convenient but choice was limited and quality was average based on breakfasts we have enjoyed at other small hotels. There was a nice bar/lounge area but it never was staffed nor used so we did not feel encouraged to enjoy it for a cocktail or late night cup of coffee and desert.

Overall our experience was good but felt like a cross between a VRBO and a hotel.
