Stayed here from 26 Mar to 29 Mar 2018, the hotel was very crowded so it was not comfortable.
Because of it was so crowded, when I arrived, extra bed was not ready and no fresh towel in the room.
When I had bfast on 27 Mar, no clean table available.
When I asked fresh towel on 27 Mar, I have to wait for more than 3 hours.
Buffet menu for bfast, lunch and dinner were very average.
Wifi was very slow.
Those I compare with Pullman Zamzam Medinah where I stayed on 24-26 Mar 2018

I have informed this to Pullman Zamzam Team, and the only respond I got was they asked the room number so they can contact me, but, apparently, no follow up, until today, from them.

The only good thing from this hotel is the location is very close to Haram...

The whole experience was very uncomfortable from the start.
We had booked a room with 3 beds and we given a 2 bed room and were offered a third rollout bed , the room was so small that with rollout bed there was no room space left even to walk.

There were no bath towels in the room , when requested we where told they will be provided after 3 hours.
The buffet breakfast was over crowded , the dishes were empty and the number of guest staff were unable to refill in time.
It took a long time to get table cleaned , understaffed.
The rooms were also not very clean , no way this was service accepted from a five star hotel they claimed.
After this experience I will stay away from Pullman hotel and suggest the same to others.

Stayed here in March for 6 nights.
Brilliant hotel.
Very friendly and professional
Very welcoming
Only a 2 minute walk to masjid.
The rooms are very clean with impeccable service to match.
The staff are very helpful and always have a pleasant smile for you

Location excellent. View of Kaaba from from excellent. Every other thing good. Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast not up to the mark of a 5* hotel. Overall very good experience with minor drawbacks of dated rooms and limited breakfast.

The wonderful stay at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah was made more memorable by the kind of personalised service provided by its staff. A special mention goes to Mr Ahmed Badr, Guest Manager and Mr Faruq Syaban from the Executive Lounge. Mr Ahmed Badr was very understanding when asked for room conversion and check out extension to meet the needs of the customers. My family was very happy with the overall experience at the hotel. Definitely will be coming back again. Thank you.

Room Tip: Rooms with the Kaabah view are stunning!
