My son wanted to go here. I am not a huge fan of Mexican food and it seemed a shame to ea Mexican in Bolivia.
As soon as I saw the place my attitude changed. Its not actually a cave, just a warm and cozy spot at street level. We were lucky to get the last available table. Its decorated with a party theme, lots of nick-nacks and fancy lights. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and having fun, there was quite the party atmosphere. Service was friendly and quite fast given that they were full. There was quite an extensive menu of standard Mexican items which were well made. Corona beer and Margaritas helped wash things down. A little disconcerting to find a corner of Mexico in La Paz, but it was a very enjoyable evening.
