My 3rd stay here did not disappoint. Excellent on all counts. And the restaurant is super high quality and delicious.
Great rooms, housekeeping, staff and a free shuttle to and from the airport. Outperforms many hotels of higher echelon.
Wish all hotels were this good.

When our flight through Bogota was seriously delayed, we were not expecting such luxury treatment from the airline! Instead of shipping us away to a dark corner for the night, we were delivered to the wonderful Aloft Bogota - incredibly friendly staff, especially the manager on breakfast duty.

The breakfast buffet selection was fantastic, and the rooms very comfortable. A perfect (and unexpected) stopover!

This was my second stay at this hotel; unlike the first time, this stay was compensation for a problem with Latam Airlines, so I hadn't actually planned to stay here.

The general positives: Very friendly staff, good soundproofing, in a great little complex with shops and restaurants, very close to the airport, offers airport transfers, small gym with a few Life Fitness machines (although the multi-muscle machine needs a bit of maintenance), creative decor.

The room: Well equipped, comfortable beds, coffee & tea (although sadly plastic coffee pods, which doesn't support their "eco-hotel" goals), quite clean, pretty warm water if you turn it all the way hot.

Food: If you're a sugar lover, the breakfast is for you! Lots of pastries, sweet juices, sweet cereals, sweet almond drink, sweet yogurt, etc. Vegetarians will do ok, vegans will not--bread (mostly sweet), fruit and oily fried veggies only. The dinner menu has the same situation: Vegetarians will do well, vegans will not. Coffee wasn't very good. It looks like there's a salad bar for lunch, so that's probably the best bet for healthy eaters. Luckily, there's a very healthy restaurant across the street in the Connecta complex.

The general negatives: Quite poor ventilation, hot and stuffy in the room at night (hard to sleep), ventilation wasn't working in the gym, and security issues with the Internet connection (wasn't password protected all day yesterday--phone & computer launched several security warnings upon connecting--access to a VPN is a must).

The hotel has a good location and has taxi available at any moment. The restaurant offers delicious food and the included breakfast is more than satisfying. The room was a little bit chill because of the ventilation but over night is turned off so it`s ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful but with little to no English skills (depends on who is at work). So for a hotel located so close to the airport one supposes that foreigners could come often and English should be mandatory for most of the staff. But is not exactly so.

Everything good except the fact that the rooms have no air conditioning. They will tell you that it’s because it’s an ecological hotel but truly it’s because of the savings. Also they can tell you it is because you don’t need A/C in Bogota. Not true. You need the air. If the room would have windows that could be opened, then granted, but they cannot, so you can’t even breath sometimes.
