I stumbled upon a flyer about this place in town and called to try and book a seat, I couldn't get a table but I was able to share with a lovely local Tongan lady which was even better! The three course menu was very good value for money and very high quality for a training school, it also offered good alternative options for dietary requirements. The staff were very friendly albeit a little shy, which means this place is invaluable to their development. The live band and dancers were also fantastic. Going to this restaurant was one of the highlights of my trip, I would just say advertise it more broadly to other tourists via hotels, they would also love it!!
