The Reef House is quite simply the best Villa in Vanuatu! It's a pleasure to stay here amidst the amazing architecture, surrounded by stunning views and tranquil setting. The house is immaculate and your every need is catered to. If you're looking for a wonderful luxurious escape from reality this place has it all including some special touches such as the fabulous outdoor bath and fire pit by the sea. Plenty of space to relax and chill out and share this special place with friends. John the manager was very helpful with seamless checkin and Stanley the gardner is lovely and on hand to help out if needed. All in all cannot recommend this place enough. Can't wait to go back some day!!

A great house to start our 1st family holiday. The property was truly beautiful and loved waking up in "paradise" and with such a great view. On our departure we felt fully relaxed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The reef house is a favorite of ours. As residents of Port Vila this is a fabulous get away from the traffic of Port Vila.

This trip we took our visiting family. As first time visitors to Vanuatu they were delighted to see the beauty of the environment with a magnificent indoor/ outdoor living environment. The design of the building allowed space and quiet time to relax and enjoy family. The pool and ocean frontage provide space to play and the indoor/ outdoor showers allowed us to connect to nature.

Staff were amazing and loved the interaction of my nephew. Making my family feel at home as well as enjoy what Vanuatu is famous for. Smiles, laughter and glowing happiness.

The reef house provides everything you need for a relaxing break or holiday. you will have no regrets booking the reef house!

I stayed at The Reef House with my parents and family it was truly outstanding with amazing views. The house staff were efficient and effective.

I will be highly recommending The Reef House to all of my friends and relatives to come back and stay here as you can sit back relax and watch time pass, perfection.

I really have nothing bad to say about our stay at the Reef House, but I don't want to write too good a review or I'll never be able to get a booking again!

From our (very late due to car rental issues) arrival the caretaker John was fantastically helpful - about the house and things to do and places to eat. The house girls Wendy and Anna were efficient and unobtrusive and Wendy went out of her way organising a visit to the local prawn farm to buy prawns and taking us to a local school for a visit.

The house itself is amazing, it is so nice to be so close to outside all the time. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you could need to prepare simple meals. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax and read or watch TV together or apart. The hammock was the favourite place for most of the kids (and the adults when they could get near it). I still dream of sitting watching the colours of the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

We had 6 kids ranging from 1-8, and they thought it was the best place ever. Swimming whenever they wanted and plenty of room to run around and play - especially out of sight of the adults.

There is a very small strip of sand that you could lie on, but the beach is mainly coral, so definitely need reef shoes (there are lots at the house but mainly adult sizes, as well as snorkelling gear).

We hired a minivan for our group of 10, and I probably wouldn't want to be without a car. The local buses pass regularly but for things like shopping a car is essential. The road is quite bumpy as other reviewers have said, but if you're used to an Australian dirt road it is not a problem.

Just around the corner is Ripples restaurant which was amazing - our only issue was that it isn't open Mon-Wed. We rang for takeaway one night, and when our phone ran out of credit halfway through the call they made our meals anyway and were about to deliver it for us!

This was our perfect holiday and we will definitely be returning (as long as we can get a booking!)

We stayed at The Reef House with family friends. It was the perfect place for both the adults and the children. Set in an amazing setting the facilities were fantastic and the house staff were AMAZING!!! Would definetly recommend as a fantastic holiday destination for all the family.
