Really great dumpling soup. Worth the 10 to 15 minute queue outside for the Michelin recommendation

Very filling and large portions for a great price

I didn’t realize this was a Michelin Star Restaurant until I saw the logo! Kalguksu and Mandu Soup were served in big portion and really yummy! The price also reasonable. Although you had to queue, it was really worth to try!

Our hotel concierge recommend this place for lunch after our morning visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Folk Museum. It has a very simple menu with English, clean dining room, prompt service, food brought to table within 3 minutes of ordering, pleasant enough simple soup noodle and large garlicky dumplings. Clean washroom too. As a side note, hotel concierge provide a print out photo of the front of this restaurant, you should ask your hotel concierge to do the same. Having the photo makes it so much easier for those of us who do not know Korean.

A block from Contemporary Museum, across from Palace. Not to be missed for lunch. The traditional dumplings are larger than dim sum so don't order too much.

Service and food was amazing. Would definitely come back. Across the street from the museums. We had the dumplings and Kalguksu soup.
