Mexican in Asia? Being Mexican, I had to try and pleasantly surprised. Julio's boasts "Better than Authentic," and would say different, not better. Definitely a fusion between Asia heat and Mexican traditional favorites. Portions are large, plan to share. Imported Mexican beer available, but a bit expensive (compared to USA). Service was slower than USA mexican restaurants, however, food was fresh and presented beautifully. View overlooks the stream and people on the street. Very cool. Seoul is a happening place at night.
