I was impressed by the hotel. The decor and room size is very nice. Buffet breakfast was good and the buffet dinner was amazing!
My complaint is that we paid for a triple room for 3 adults but were given a normal twin room with a third bed squeezed in. This made the room feel small and we didn't have much space left.
Also the housekeeping was inconsistent. When the lady made up our rooms, it was done very nicely to a perfect standard and left us a water bottle each. When the men made up our room they would only leave 2 towels instead of 3, even though we had 3 beds in the room.
The gym was decent enough for a quick workout although it can't be compared to the gyms in other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Swimming pool was nice too but wasn't heated - it was freezing cold in the morning.
The wifi was decent enough for whatsapp or casual browsing but not fast enough to stream videos. We used the wifi to call Ubers which was very helpful.
Reception staff were good and so was the bar staff.
I would return to this hotel if I came back to Cairo. There are just a few points that need to be addressed to truly make this a high quality 5 star hotel.More
