The hotel staff was quite courteous and smiling always. The rooms given to me during the stay for one night on 23 Aug 18 and two nights on 29 & 30 Aug 2018 had NO view from the windows at all. Though the hotel booklet kept in the room specifies that the guest can demand for an adapter, the hotel does not provide one. It is better to carry your own adapter if you wish to charge your mobiles or laptops. The power sockets in Kenya are not compatible to Indian plugs. We were vegetarians and were pleasantly surprised to find Indian dishes in the hotel. Like even Masala Dosa with sambar. They had paranthas also, but they make it out of Maida and not wheat flour. Taste of India cuisine needs improvement, however, it was nice to get something to eat especially being a vegetarian.
Kenyan Hotels do not provide you with water. A limited quantity is given in your room as complimentary. However, if you ask for more, you are charged. Even while having meals in the hotel, better to carry your own water. Buying water at the hotel is expensive. Better to buy from the local supermarket and keep it in your room. The lunch and dinner buffet costs around 2000 KES each person. If you are Indian, I suggest better avoid it as there are very good Indian Restaurants nearby where food tastes better, cost is cheaper and variety is more. So booking in Azure Hotel Full Board is not recommended for Indian Vegetarians.
