The location is really amazing - the apartments are within walking distance from WestGate Mall and Sarit Center (both 5 min) and close to many good clubs and restaurants. Overall, it is a decent place. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the maintenance person, Peter). The venue seems overstaffed, especially the cleaning services, and yet I wouldn't really say the apartments are meticulously clean. Most apartments are spacious, but the interior design is outdated and tacky (with golden curtains, pink walls and plastering on the walls). Apartments on the lower floors, especially blocks B and C are very dark, with almost no sun light. Apartments on the top floors have more light, but are smaller. Some apartments smell on sewage. There is complimentary breakfast on the terrace, which is decent, but gets boring after a while, since the food is mostly the same. There are no elevators, with up to 15 flight of stairs to get to the top floor. The most annoying thing about the venue is absence of working wifi. There are several wifi networks, none of which actually work. Wifi is so bad that it is impossible to send an e-mail or even a Whatsapp message. Even after several complaints the management didn't do anything about it. Considering that similar venues in the proximity of Gardens for the same price offer state of the art apartments and functioning wifi, I would opt for those.
