Mara Ngenche is a luxurious way of exploring the legendary Masai Mara National Park. Everyone here at Ngenche took very good care of my safety and comfort during my stay here . The entire team lead by Mr Paul is very professional . Milton , their guide is quite exceptional and has excellent skills for wildlife.

The camps are very luxurious and comfortable and the entire campsite is crafted in the forest in a natural way. So while staying here one gets a first hand experience of the forest as well.

Being situated on the confluence of Mara and Talek river , one can always spot hippos , crocs from the comfort of the resort itself.

The food also is very nice. All and all an excellent place to stay while you are in the Masai Mara.

We visited the Masai Mara in September 2017 and Mara Ngenche was the perfect choice. The camp is located in a great area of the park surrounded by wildlife and the staff are absolutely amazing - both those in the camp and the Game Drivers.

The camp itself is extremely luxurious and has amazing views of the meeting of the Talek and Mara river. The cleanliness and standard of our room was beyond our expectations and the dining / communal areas were also of the highest standard. The game drives themselves were breathtaking and our driver was hugely knowledgeable on the entire reserve.

A special thanks to Paul (Camp Manager), James (waiter) and Milton (Game Driver) who made our stay there spectacularly enjoyable.

Everything about Mara Ngenche truly was 10/10 and I could not recommend it highly enough!

As a first time safari goer this was an excellent way to start the experience.
The service is top class, from Milton, our guide collecting us from the airstrip, Paul’s greeting at the camp, Gordon our server, Simon the chef to Kolboro our Masai guard ( and the others).
Great food and an excellent location. Hippos, elephants and even a leopard being within view of the camp.
I would recommend without hesitation.
Thanks to you all at the camp......

We had an amazing time at Ngenche! That truly is the best way to experience the beauty of the Mara. The tented rooms were exquisite. My favourite part about the room setup was having our own private piece of river to look down at. There were so many hippos around and some of the biggest crocs I have ever seen.

Being so far in the park meant we could get to areas on our morning and evening game drives that many vehicles could not reach. being near the river also helps, on arrival we saw lion lounging around within 1km of the camp.

Sitting at the confluence is something really special (especially with a cocktail in hand next to a crackling fire for a sun-downer). I could easily have spend an extra day just drifting around the camp watching the river (and probably getting another massage). The food was also superb! But what I will remember of Ngenche the longest was the warm and hospitality of the staff. They really made us feel at home, seemed to pre-empted all needs and went that extra mile to make it a phenomenal experience.

Very friendly staff, located next to major hippo rivers. A bumpy ride to get there (welcome to Kenya!), but great food and accommodations once you arrive. We had a very good Masai guide who led us to many cheetahs, lions, giraffes, elephants as well as HIPPOS. The food was excellent, and the bar has a great veranda to watch to hippos from. The guide can take you to an excellent Masai village - much more colorful and well off than the one we visited in Tanzania. Check out their jewelry!!
