Best tropical indoor pool ever. You will be amazed with it being winter outside in Beijing but tropical setting in the hotel pool. Great friendly service from all the hotel staff. Huge bedrooms and comfortable beds. Unlimited channels on tv. Big bathroom. Clean hotel. Great buffet style breakfast. You will love this hotel. Strategically located in Wangfujing area popular with food , malls and tourist attraction.

They are fast, they are courteous, they are efficient. The best part is that most of the staff is fluent in English. Hence, convenience.

The rooms are well appointed with all material comfort, great WiFi connectivity, an amazing pool and a great choice of restaurants. Most of all, the hotel is right next door to our office, small distance away from the forbidden city and some of the malls...over all, a complete package.

The breakfast spread is really lavish. You are spoilt for choice and feel really pampered. It's a great place to stay.

Highly recommended hotel.

Hotel is located in a huge shopping mall. Subway lines 1 and 5 meet there, so transit is easy. Mall has quite a few restaurants both Asian and American and fast food, Starbucks and McDonalds.
Pool is breathtaking! Downstairs, inside; it feels like you are in a jungle. Croaking frogs, hot tubs; so relaxing, we fell asleep on the lounges.
We had a room on the 12th floor. Asked for room change due smell in room. 2nd room better, but still smelled. Husband was on business and didn't want to ask for a third room. The hotel claims it has filtered air and 100% non-smoking. Rooms have a note that there is a charge for smoking in the room. Despite, all of the above, the rooms smelled of smoke. The hotel was not always 100% non-smoking. My best guess is the 12th floor was previously a smoking floor. Avoid it if you are sensitive to cigarette smell.
We were there 5 days. Daughter tried calling and was told we were to at hotel. When I called her and gave her our room number, she still was still unable to get through. They connected her to somewhere, where she repeatedly left messages. None were left on our room phone. She said the girls answering the phone had no English ability.
I realize this is China, but it is also a Hyatt. I expected more American standards.

Room Tip: Make sure it has always been nonsmoking room.

They gave me a suite which was very nice of them. However, the carpets must have been new bc they kind of made a crunching noise when I walked on it. But they also had this chemical smell that made me nauseous. Not sure if I would go back just bc of that smell.

I stayed here for 12 days in November for a business trip. The service in the hotel is impeccable and very responsive, rooms are clean and well appointed. The location too cannot be beat as it is right on Wangfujing (the main tourist area) with shopping, restaurants and the Forbidden city within walking distance.

I was especially impressed with the service received during our daily breakfast in the Grand Cafe. Staff were attentive and remembered my room number and juice order before the end of my first week. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I need to visit Beijing again.
