We went on a Friday around 7:30 and there was a long line of people waiting for tables. We waited 45 minutes for a table. The fish is in tanks outside the restaurant and we watched the fish selector for a while. We made our choices before we went upstairs. There are at least 3 levels to the restaurant. We had king prawns ($98 HK a kilo), razor clams (excellent and the highlight of the meal), kailan (Chinese green vegetable), and soy sauce noodles. The noodle were superb. Not much ambience but the waiters are friendly. Menu is in Chinese and there is an English version. I recommend selecting your fish downstairs and then the rest upstairs. Our meal with beer came to $600 HK (about $75 USD). Cash only.
