The gardens are tranquil and beautiful - immaculately looked after with stunning pools and a little pagoda in the centre. Very easy to get to from Diamond Hill MTR station. Entry is free and there are two cafes inside. Nearby Chi Lin nunnery was also very picturesque and peaceful. Well worth a visit!

Wow, so much better than expected. Immaculately kept, free, a fantastic way to spend an hour or two . Sit by and watch the fish, take in the history, learn a bit, take in the scenery . Really recommend this. Super easy to get there from Diamond Hill MTR, plenty of signs.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Had a great time, we didn’t do any guided tours, just walked around with a guide map! What a great afternoon. We spent a little extra money and went to the traditional tea house, what a super cool experience. Highly recommend!

Worth taking time to visit this little gem in Diamond Hill together with the Chi Lin Nunnery next door.
Impressive large trees, Bonsai trees and fragrance garden.
There is a small shop and a vegetarian restaurant.
