This is my second business trip to Hong Kong, and my first time staying in Causeway Bay area. This hotel is located very strategic at Yee Wo Street, just across the Victoria Park. The building is also quite tall with more than 30 floors, and my room was at the 34th floor. When I came at the first time, the receptionist told me that I got an executive room, so instead of making the registration at the lobby they brought me directly to the 31st floor to have the registration there. For having this executive room, they gave me access to enjoy the executive lounge at the 31st floor and minibar in my room free of charge, excellent!
The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standard, it is clean and it has good view to the city, and the amenities are complete. They even provide an electric adapter for customer who come from other country that has different kind of electrical socket, excellent!
At breakfast, the food choices are good enough, although not so much variety for the bread and the meat. But there are more selections of jam here than the common standard breakfast at other hotels that I knew.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but when it comes to conversation only some of them speaks English clearly while most of them speaking English with Cantonese accent and pronunciation.More
