Conrad and Hilton Chain of Hotels are always a great place to stay whether for business or leisure. Staff are experience and courteous throughout. The breakfast buffet in the morning is great with a good mix of Eastern and Western Food culture. There are daily subtle changes in the breakfast menu that you can feel the Chef gives effort in planning it to let travellers at ease and not mandane with daily similar food in some Hotel Chains are offering. Good Work Conrad!!

Room Tip: Corner rooms are quieter as compared to centre where the lifts/elevators are located. Nevertheless, the sound insulation of the hotel is good. There are pillows menu for you to select if you're staying at the Executive Floors.

A very professional and polished hotel, however almost too much. The room service menu, theming in the hotel is very bland, would suggest livening it up with the seasons or various promotions. A complimentary beverage on arrival or some other warm welcome would make a great impact. The in-room internet was not free as suggested below.

Room Tip: Clarify whether in-room internet is free.

I had several business meetings and had to organise them from Singapore. The staff attended to my many queries in an efficient and prompt manner, and were always very patient and courteous throughout.

The guest room was impecable and comfortable too. Location wise, it is very convenient.

As a couple with limited time in Hong Kong (under 48 hours), my boyfriend and I wanted to explore the city as much as we could. However, upon checking into this hotel we quickly changed our minds... Luxury at its finest, especially on the executive floor. The staff in the Exec Lounge were so friendly and helpful, not to mention the calibre and variety of food offered! The pool was being renovated so we walked next door to the Shangri-La, which was beautiful. The room was new, clean, had a wonderful view, a great bathroom, and even offered an espresso machine! I cannot express how wonderful our experience here was. :)

We stayed in the Conrad for three nights prior to boarding an Oceania cruise to the far east. We were upgraded to the executive level and had the privilege of using their beautiful lounge - as well as having breakfast in shier dining room.

The hotel is build over one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Hong Kong -just by pushing 3 on the elevator button you wind up at the top floor of the mall. This gives you lots of lower priced but very good restaurant choices as well as the hotel's restaurants.

One floor below the mall is the entrance to the subway system which we used every day of our stay. I would highly recommend the Conrad and the pricing gives a great value.

Room Tip: Higher floors have better views.
