The Intercontinental Grand Stanford experience is probably the best Hotel experience we have had in over 20 years travelling.
Ms Carmen Yu and her staff went out of there way to ensure the stay was memorable They even contacted Hotels in other countries to confirm our booking. Nothing was too much trouble A truly great Hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Kenneth Magnus

Having stayed in two other competing 5 star hotels in central Kowloon, the InterContinental GS has been by far the most superior both in terms of product and service. The staff were polite, attentive and, moreover, accommodating - for example, a third bed was required for one night at the beginning of our stay due to a last minute change, the front desk made this change without charge (would have been 500HKD), a great touch and one that we'd fully appreciated. Despite renovations on the floors beneath us, the rooms were insulated well enough to ensure no disruption, the quality of fixtures, fittings and the beds were all fantastic and allowed for a really comfortable stay. Will be back again.

just what I expect from a intercontinental
nice big room and great location

My family and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this hotel. My son loves boats so the full harbour view room was ideal. The check in vas friendly and helpful. We arrived at 0830 in the morning and was able to get straight into our room. The pool area is small but quite nice and well serviced, with very attentive staff. There were some works happening in the hotel and we asked to move rooms, from the fifth floor adjacent to the works to a higher floor (11th). This request was accommodated, however the noise was still present.

Room Tip: Get the full harbour view room, to take full advantage to the excellent position

The staff is very warm and frendly. Everything is fine and very comfortable. Breackfast was nice and everything was available. We stayed there the third time and how to say: We will come back. Especially for the harbour view.
