Awesome..splendid .. Superb. Even as a business traveller i felt so relaxed. Would NOT ming to get family here and stay. This is absolute TOP value for money. Top billing. Only thing they can do is make the complimentary shuttle more frequent , probably add indian cuisine if possible. I am coming here again .well connected. Well kept. Hotel seems newly renovated.
The SPA facilities are too good. The MALL right next door is great. Has a kids playground cinema..what more do you want.

Room Tip: I did not take bfst as there was a mall right there with so many food options.

The Hotel on arrival looked nice( Kowloon Side) , the foyer was opulent.
Service was tops and we were checked in within 30 mins as the foyer was loaded with people.
Firstly, 2nd floor get out of elevator and we can instantly smell cheap chinese cigarettes ( Non-Smoking apparently). We get into the room and was a little under-whelmed and it smelt mildew and damp. My wife suffers from asthma, and this starting to trigger it. We asked to move rooms and they very nicely accommodated us and even moved our bags to another room once it became available.
We went out for the day and came back to the room, which was a bit better. This time there was a de-humidifier in the room. In the morning that was full ( 4 Litres). This had to be emptied twice a day. I think their air conditioning system is faulty and cant de-humidify the air.
The room had 2 queen sized beds for the 2 kids and my wife and . Rooms were smallish so would most likely not choose a room like this again. Much prefer the self-contained style.
The hotel prices are not cheap either, Breakfast not included and it was definitely not worth the price as the kids just forage. Dinner in one of the restaurants, Chinese, was good but AUD$180 was just expensive. This was the cheaper of the others.
Going out into the abutting shopping complex was heaps better and we found a café called URBAN, which made the best coffee and it had nice bakery items, such as, croissants, pannini, muffins etc. This was our best place for coffee ( with real milk)

Washing your clothes from the hotel is a rip off. $100 hong kong to wash a pair of pants. We gathered all our dirty washing into sealed bags and purchased new clothing for much less than the washing price from the hotel.

Mong Kok East train station is right below the hotel and very convenient to travel to Disney Land and to China for a day trip. If you are going to spend some time in Hong Kong, get an Octopus card. This will cost you HK$50 and place an amount on it like a debit card. This can be used at a lot of restaurants, Bars, Cafes and of course the public transport. Make sure to spend all your money on it before leaving and hand back the card to receive your HK$50 deposit back.

We went to Hong Kong for a family holiday and chose to stay here for the location.
I am pregnant and had a few issues, however Carmen Tam the Assistant guest services Manager was absolutely amazing and helped out wherever she could. This place needs to be fully aware that had she not been so wonderful our stay would not of been so great.
Again Thanks Carmen.

We have just spent 4 nights here. If you get offered the chance to upgrade to club level then you would be a fool not to take it, lovely afternoon tea and great pre dinner drinks and nibbles. Our room on the 18th floor was kept immaculate by the house keeping team.
Hotel is in a great location with public transport links on your doorstep. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, very helpful staff especially in the club area. We would recommend anyone traveling to Hong Kong should take a look at this hotel

Check-in was fast but room was not available till after 3pm. It is connected to mongkok east MTR and a shopping mall that comes with a food court and various restaurants. There is a bridge that connects to mongkok MTR as well and it also leads you to various market streets. Room WIFI is good and the toiletries supply is always replenished the next day. Like the tv channels offered..great variety. Bed and pillows are just nice for us. One not so good point is there are no convenience stores in the mall and the variety offered by the only Japanese supermarket in the shopping mall is not great.
