Ammo is an interesting find in Admiralty, tucked well out of the way but well worth a visit.
The interior was designed by Joyce Wang, with all of the furniture being bespoke made by her and her team. Judicious use of copper with elegant lighting creates a perfect backdrop for the dining experience.
The food is very well prepared, is very reasonably priced considering both the market it is aimed at and the location. Dishes are beautifully presented and the portions were sufficient for a three course meal. There is a good choice of appetisers mains and desserts and the pasta dishes are well worth trying.
There is a good wine list and an excellent cocktail menu with some really interesting and very enjoyable concoctions!
Overall we spent HK$1400 on 2 three-course meals with a cocktail and glass of wine each.
I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you enjoy good food in interesting surroundings.
