What a complete waste money. We intentionally went on a slow day, and walking in, we expected short waiting lines and a lot of fun. What followed was an complete disappointment.
The lines are quite short, but they fail to get people through the rides in a decent amount of time. The rollercoasters probably load 40 people but it takes them more than 5 minutes to load and unload the train. This was consistent across all rides. Complete waste of time.
Look at the picture of one of them. Pretty minor crowd and 75min wait time.
To add insult to injury, the height limit of most rides are completely ridiculous. A slow boat ride could not be used by my son 7y 118 cm.

Never again!!! Waste of money.

We did the panda keeper experience as part of our day at Ocean Park. This was an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience and a real highlight of our holiday. The time you spent with the pandas
is very well organised and very educational. The Pandas are very well cared for and it is very interesting to see how they are looked after and how they are monitored to make sure they continue to be in good health. It’s really great to see how they vary the presentation of the food, including the storeroom with all the different types of bamboo comes in and how they rotate this and hide the bamboo to keep the pandas active. We then spent the rest of the day at Ocean Park great family day out, definitely recommend doing the cable car up or down the mountain as there are amazing views.

We had a great day at this park, which started with us doing the panda keeper experience that was one of the highlights of our holiday. The pandas seem well cared for and the Exhibit for every day guests is excellent. There are a number of different rides for varying fear levels that will keep everybody in the party entertained. Definitely worth a day out if you have children with you, or you are “a big kid”

Highly recommended to visit in the morning - as there would be busloads of mainland tourists visiting in the afternoon.
We bought the tickets at the counter - fast in the morning. The wait for the cable car up the other section was long but fast - we zoomed up to the mountains part - the view was great and we could see the islands.
We grabbed a quick lunch at the eatery and the place was generally well runned. There were a number of rides up there. We were more interested in the animals. So, spent some time checking them up.
On the way down, we took the express train - faster experience than the cable car (both included in the cost of the ticket).
For those with young kids and strollers, it would be comfortable taking express train up and down.

Rides were very good - maximum wait was 45 minutes
You have to be prepared to walk a lot like trust me wear your shoes and get hat and sunscreen . Some big rides were closed or being built but rides were not as good as six flags.
There are aquariums and dolphin shows and PANDAS.
Recommend entering early and going to the other side with the cable ride before rush starts - you can come back near he end and enjoy the start with smaller rides and aquariums but the roller coasters tend to have long queues so go there first when it’s emptier if that makes sense.
Don’t leave and wait until 7 ,a leaving show started about two dragons fight , anyways it was a fountain dance and a story with dragons projected in it and fire and fireworks , they even set the water on fire which was pretty cool .
