My husband and I truly had a really fantastic weekend stay in Four Seasons Hong Kong. We were delighted the room got upgraded to a suite as the hotel was so thoughtful in making our celebration unforgettable. Throughout the stay at the Four Seasons, we were greeted by different staff with smiles and superb services.
On the first evening, we could not get a table at the famous Chinese restaurant in the hotel, so we decided to just have in-room dining. The food was delivered efficiently and the staff set up nicely the dishes on the table. We really had a wonderful private dining with scrumptious dishes in our room.
On the second evening, we dined at this famous Caprice restaurant for our celebration. Overall, it was a pleasant dinner. I will get into that in a separate review.
I also spent some time at the spa. The facilities at the spa was really excellent! The jacuzzi was really amazing! I enjoyed the signature massage so very much. It was really heaven!! The treatment room was also beautiful decorated with a little landscape outside the room. You can hardly believe that you are enjoying a very relaxing massage treatment in the busy Central district in Hong Kong!
The features of the suite combine the leisure and business functions to accommodate guests' needs. The desk is equipped with the stuff you need for work and there is also DVD players with required cables for guests to relax in the room.
There was a little issue while we were having a drink while waiting for the room. I had to talk with the manager to raise the concern. To my surprise, the next morning, the director came to talk with us in person while we were having breakfast there. My husband and I exchanged views with the director pleasantly. I was impressed with the attitudes from the hotel for striving excellent services for this hotel.
From the moment we checked in till we checked out, the services were very professional, efficient, and friendly. There was nothing I could complain about staying at this hotel. It was indeed a really fantastic stay for our celebration!

We have travelled and stay in many hotels in the world but the Four Seasons HK beats most of them. Impeccable service, attention to details, professionalism of all staffs down to the room cleaners who are greeting you every single time. The rooms are well designed, lighting control is simple, but efficient. Breakfast, afternoon tea and late snacks are of best quality at the lounge giving you one of the most beautiful scenery of Hong Kong. Service staff at the lounge is well trained. Bravo to the management!

The highest levels of customer service from all areas of this superb hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Four Seasons for either business or holiday stay. The views from the harbour rooms are quite spectacular.
