Just had my wedding @ Four Seasons. Staffs were very attentive. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. We needed the room to be tidied at 5am in the morning and they came in a jiffy. Will definitely go back again.

Two night stay for a business trip and conference and the best city hotel I ever stayed.

Arrived early morning exhausted and feeling dirty after a day plus 14 hour travel. Very efficient and kind attention to check in although room of course was not available yet. Somebody accompanied me with my carry on luggage upstairs to the spa where I signed in and was handed on to a spa professional. She very patiently and kindly oriented me to the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere of lush installations.

Enjoyed a shower in a spacious shower, your choice rainfall water style from above or hand held. Then I brushed teeth and washed face etc. and while doing so the shower was cleaned to potentially be available for the next guest arriving. Seeemd as though I was the only one though. Lockers for sour valuables large enough, they even provide bathroom slippers and one-time use slips. I really felt a lot better when leaving for my business day, and they very kindly looked after my carryon suitcase.

When inquiring downstairs back at reception for orientation, the lady did not only have a map with indications for me but actually accompanied me until the pedestrian walkway so that I would get a good start. Busy business hotel downtown - where lese would you get so much attention?

The best: when I came back late evening they har already brought my luggage to the room. 2521 is city view, huge by German standards, spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower, fully equipped with anything you might possibly need and duly replenished next day. The degree of detail in equipment is unbelievable, shows so much care, the bed is the most comfortable I ever stayed in, they even have two adapters already readily placed for your convenience to recharge business equipment, provide two small bottles if still water a day, Nespresso machine and tea making facility, spacey cupboard, safe deposit.... and should you find something that is not there just call reception and then solve it within minutes.

One day conference at the ballroom with perfect attention, great food over breaks and during cocktail hours nice wines and snacks.

All in, at first glance expensive but you get what you pay for or even a bit more. My most sincere gratitude to the management and team for such quality establishment and service! I hope to be back soon.

The service in this hotel is simply splendid.The staff remember your name after the first time they meet you. The food is terrific and the view from our room looking toward Kowloon was wonderful. Good pool if a bit chilly. I do love Four Seasons.
