Amazing, classy and sophisticated hotel with very attentive yet discreet service. Extremely nice staff everywhere, from the Michelin-starred restaurants to the doormen. Great rooms, outstanding facilities, amazing views and some of the best gastronomy in the city. World-class. Been here for the second time and will never look for an alternative in Hong Kong.

Silvester Stay at Four Seasons HKG

After Christmas week in Shanghai we spent the New Year at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong. We experienced an amazingly warm welcome by the always attentive staff. The service was always very friendly and available when needed, despite a full house around New Year. The food both in the lounge and Lung King Heen restaurant was outstanding and pure pleasure! Perfect location with top quality rooms, restaurant and spa for a stay in Hong Kong! Outdoor pool with stunning view and perfect Pool Terrace bar/restaurant. We had a wonderful time - thank you all at 4S!

Great pool view on New Year Eve

We came for 2 nights on New Year Eve.Be aware that it is impossible to see fireworks from rooms with harbour view,but we were able to go to pool area,and we could also buy champagne there.Heated pool itself is also great,especially in evening time.

Nice luxurious hotel with great views

The hotel is very conveniently located and very well connected. There are also a bunch of malls close by for one to make a quick trip. The rooms are large - one side faces the hill and the other the waters, and the views are terrific. The service is quick and efficient!

Good stay in Hong Kong

The hotel is well located in Hong Kong offering excellent connections to main attractions / malls, transport links etc. The rooms are well equipped and clean, check in and check out very speedy and polite, Concierge was very helpful too. Heated pool and Jacuzzi were nice with excellent views over the harbour.

One of the Best Hotels in Hong Kong

A truly fantastic hotel in Hong Kong. We stayed at this hotel for three nights during the Christmas season. While Four Seasons Hotels worldwide are well known for its exceptional services and facilities, this is by far the best Four Seasons we have ever encountered.

The comfort and welcoming provided by the Four Seasons HK team were remarkably beyond expectation. They all demonstrated a common characteristic of this hotel, namely serving the hotel guests from their hearts with care, politeness, and thoroughness. We could not find a single fault with the services provided to us during the entire stay at the hotel. We must congratulate the hotel senior management for such achievements.

We received excellent services from the receptionist Lim Lee; concierge Clementine, Stanley and Mandy; 45th Floor club lounge hosts Magaret, Brieuc, Henry and Yumiko; Long King Heen Chinese restaurant Tony and Caprice French restaurant Ken, just to name a few.

Please keep it up folks! Thank you once again.
