An excellent stay with lounge access, best service in HK !

An absolutely fantastic stay. Spoke to friendly reception manager Daniel who explained the club line benefits and we booked a room there for our anniversary.
Lounge staff so incredibly friendly and service as impeccable . From the lovely ladies at the front desk , young Aki, Matheus and the lovely Nepalese man everyone could not have been nicer. The drinks were free flowing and staff friendly and engaged, very proactive. Staff really impressed me in the lounge.
Room was beautiful with a terrific Harbour view. All great inside. Bottle of Prosecco and a lovely cake were sent up with a card for our anniversary which was very kind. Bed pillows etc great. I like a separate bathroom and toilet so all good.
Pool staff work hard and are friendly, pool lovely but there’s not much shade daytime so wear protection!
Spa staff great too, everyone really helpful and proactive.
The hotel and spa are not new but are very well kept. We really enjoyed the lounge access and we enjoyed afternoon tea, the light dinner and breakfast.
There’s not a huge choice but enough really. The views across the Harbour are excellent along the long balcony.
We have stayed at every large hotel in HK and in my opinion the other 5 stars hotels need to come and see how 4 seasons runs things as we were left very impressed.
It’s not really in our normal budget but we really felt we got good 4 seasons value.
We hope to return again ! Tim and Jose

Room tip: Pool doesn’t have a lot of shade which we normally like. Lounge was really lovely and we didn’t feel rushed when the times ended.

GREAT service @ 4 seasons HK

Best service received in a four seasons. Great team, great service.
Team was super nice and very competent. Mid day snack was glorious.
Airport pick up was great as well.
Only regret is that I did not had time to try the pool.
Pricing was inexpensive for a four seasons and got a complementary upgrade.

Room tip: Hurry to book!

Best hotel in Hong Kong

Welcoming professional, friendly and helpful staff.
Very comfortable rooms, great views if you have the Harbour View, with all the amenities ( high quality ) needed.
Lovely bar serving amazing cocktails. Excellent service in all the dining areas.
Great location to the shopping mall. Nice to be greeted with " welcome back " when checking in.

First time in HK with our kids

We upgraded our room to a suite with harbor view and it was one of the best splurge we did for this vacation. The view was magnificent, hard to find anywhere else! It’s our boys first time in HK they were amazed by the view! The hotel is connected to the IFC mall, MTR and Airport Express. It’ll take a while to walk to the MTR but at least it’s all indoors. That was a saver from the HK summer heat! There’s also a cinema at the mall which the kids were able to enjoy when weather got too hot outside to explore.
The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable we’ve experienced with our hotel stays. Service was very friendly and attentive. It’s a great hotel for family traveling with children. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My favorite hotel in 5th visited Hong Kong

Good location - connected AEL, not need to walk outside to hotel
Good food! especially delicious poke in Pool side bar
Good swimming pool - temperature, music, wind..
Good gym - available 24 hrs
Good view - harbour view
Good breakfast - I ate till closed time
