Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Facilities were excellent, Restaurants fantastic, room decor and view was awesome and the location cannot be beaten. Steps from one of the best shopping malls in HK and also Ferry terminals. Staff were all fantastic. Worth every penny!

I would like to praise Astini, therapist at the SPA, for her professionalism and wellness-related advice, which I would value forever.
I had several massages with her during my stay which proved to be extremely beneficial to my health.
I am very grateful to have met her and would treasure the tips she gave me to keep healthy and solve my stress-related issues.

We stayed in the Executive Club with a room on the 27th floor and lounge on the 45th and I can honestly say it was the best customer experience I have ever received. The team are simply amazing. Caring, discrete, informative, always on hand. Too many people to mention here but Anthony Wong, Alice Che and Charles Tsang of the Management team deserve mention. The team are exemplary. Add to this a harbour view to die for, excellent champagne and wines and superb food and this really is an experience to savour. Well done Four Seasons, your recruitment, management and training are first class. I cannot recommend more highly.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service is truly exceptional, comparable to a 7-star hotel. The location is also excellent, just a 20-minute taxi ride to the market, and the hotel is directly connected to the IFC Mall. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and the housekeeping team is highly professional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

It was our second time staying in four seasons Hong Kong. This is definitely the best hotel in Hong Kong. Both the facility and the service of the hotel are truly amazing, we stayed there for 2 weeks in 2023 and 11 days in 2024, both experiences were excellent, comfy room, beautiful pool, thoughtful staff, the standard of the room service was good, the pastries were delicious thanks to Chef Maxime and Chef Ringo. We love everything of Four Seasons Hong Kong and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
