Tsim Sha Tsui, also known as TST, is a district within Kowloon, Hong Kong, China. Part of TST fronts Victoria Harbor and the walking area beside Victoria Harbor is called the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade.

Yes indeed. The Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is, and always seems-to-be, in some state of construction. You can access it near the Star Ferry Terminal end of TST or further North and East up Salisbury Road close to where Nathan Road intersects with Salisbury Road. You can also access The TST Promenade from the MTR exit beside the Mariners' Club. This is quite a nice walk (stairs or elevator) to get to the elevated Children's Park. You then walk through the park and across the Salisbury Road Overpass and down to The Promenade.

The Promenade continues for quite a distance and there is now an extension to it.

Rain or shine, good weather or bad, you get great views across Victoria Harbor looking at Hong Kong.

Explore both Tsim Sha Tsui & Victoria Harbour for the best views of HK skylines. Be there before dusk to watch the lights switched on one by one.

It is under construction now. Thus the Ave of stars which used to be here is move to a Park nearby. However, we could still see the great view of Hong Kong Island from the Park. Good place for photo taking and relaxing walk
