Description: The original bao was the braised pork belly, shiso leek salad and sesame dressing. Since then, the bao has become the center stage and works as a vessel for all things delicious. Our menu spans Asian influences, small sharing plates and continually changes with the season. We source high-quality poultry, pork and beef with no growth hormones or antibiotics. We love our local produce and you'll find a lot of vegetables on our menu. We also offer a focused liquor program with hand-picked spirits, beers and wines from around the world.

Best food of our whole trip to Hong Kong. My Brother and I went to this restaurant on a Monday evening without a booking around 8pm. There was a small queue of people waiting outside, we waited 15 minutes before being seated, this restaurant has bar type seating.

We ordered the short-rib pan fried dumplings, the Pork Belly Bao, the Chicken Bao and the Truffle Fries. The food was outstanding, we wished we had more days on our trip to return and eat more.

We would absolutely return on our next visit to Hong Kong.

This is place so yum! And the constant wait for a seat is testament to how good this place is. It's a small restaurant with only bar type seating. Not good to go with more than 3 people as its hard to socialize when everyone is sitting in one straight line.

Really cool restaurant. Was seated at the bar and loved watching the chefs. The cocktails were excellent and I would return for them alone!

The menu says "no bao cutting"....these are not for sharing, you will want your OWN. A bit messy to eat but so yummy. We had the pork bao, szechuan chicken bao, beef short rib dumplings and the little ice cream baos (liked salted caramel more than the green tea). Not cheap given casual seating on stools along a counter but we went just for the food. We had a fun waiter too.

Bit expensive and you have to queue, but the truffle fries are a must! We loved the fusion ideas and everything was really tasty!
The only thing was with the place being so small you sit on rows and it was difficult to talk (we were a group of 4).
