I had a pleasure of dining here three years ago and came again for dinner yesterday. This is still a restaurant 'Best of the best'. Simply brilliant. I believe Bibo to be one of the most special restaurants in the world. A fantastic, artistic and warmly welcoming restaurant. The world class art pieces are found everywhere in the restaurant and even rare pieces are recently added such as my favourite KAWS sculptures. I tried 6 course chef’s imagination menu with 6 step wine pairing. Both magnificent. Everything they do, going above and beyond to ensure you leave with memories that will last long long time. Perfect service from the entire staff, especially restaurant manager and waiters. Indeed such a phenomenal experience!

We tried the 6-course tasting menu there and it was awesome !
And I Love the seafood dishes Most :D
There are loads of authentic artpieces including Banksy , Takashi Murakami and uncountable kaws so We were like dining in an art gallery that night and i really like the chic and stylish vibes there .

I’ve just visited this lovely place last week with a friend of mine! Lovely french foods, the lamb is outstanding, with a touch of Asian colours, the chef is from Singapore! Huge and massive wines list, especially for Champagnes and Bordeaux lovers!

Dined here on a recent trip to HK and loved it! Asian inspired French, so of course dishes were familiar but all had a very interesting twist to it. The Celeriac Risotto was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time and the Dover Sole was just divine. They also had so many wines by the glass to choose from we didn't know where to start, or stop! All the beautiful art pieces was a great part of the whole experience as well.

All walls are covered with pictures and wall painting from a large variety of artists - some of which are very well known! A complete list of the artists is available to peruse.
Apart from looking at my wife and daughter, I had the pleasure of looking at a very young Kate Moss on the wall in front of me.
We had BIBO on the list for a very long time and may have left it a bit too late? Guests had raved about their cocktails, but it would appear, that since the mixologist left, they have given up on cocktails, apart from a very few! Their Negroni was quite acceptable!
We chose the 6 steps Chef’s Imagination, which, apparently, may change every day?
We also chose the 6 step wine pairing.
They started us of with a Raspberry Ceviche in a shot glass as Amuse Bouche.
The first dish was a single oyster Tempura served with a Sancerre
No 2 was the Celery Risotto (very nice) with a wine from the Loire
No 3 were Scallops with coconut and foam with a white Bordeaux
No 4 Japanese Mackerel with Uni and tomato (very nice) with a Dolcetta D’Alba
No 5 Pan Roasted Duck with Foie Gras served with a La Massa Toscana
No 6 Passion Fruit Creme and Chocolate Cake (very nice indeed) with a Late Harvest SB from Chile.
The presentation of all the dishes very nice and plates and cutlery changed every course.
Service very friendly but a bit slow.
The portions very on the small side both for food and wine and with that very pricy indeed.
For the hungry ones there was their own sourdough bread and salty butter which was excellent!
