Food was great - we loved the oysters, lobster mac and cheese and of cuz the steak! We were well taken care of by Mae and Jack. We will be back!!

We loved our experience at Skirt. We had the shared grazing menu. Some items were adjusted so the were gluten free. It was delicious and the service was second to none. The flavour and tenderness of the steak was fantastic. Loved all the little details, cutlery, leather detailing etc. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you to all the wait staff. We had a great evening.

We decided to have give ourselves a treat to kickstart a week and ended up at skirt as we had an Amex promotion.
The service was impeccable as befitting a fine dining establishment. We were served by Roy and it was by far the best service we had in Singapore for a long time. He was knowledgeable about the food and was able to recommend items to us based on our preference and terms of the promotions.
We had butchers cut beef skirt where was beefy and tender n done to a perfect medium rare. Well complimented by the sauce. We also had the baked cod which was tender and oily and exceeded our expectations considering it’s a meat restaurant. A must have is the king prawns. The sauces enhanced the flavors without overpowering the fresh sweetness.
Ended on a sweet note with desert , honey comb w icrcream ( again another good recommedation ) and they even offered to give us a freshly baked loaf of bread which we liked a lot after we asked to pack our reminding 2 pieces
Throughout the night, Roy was attentive without being obstrusive and really made our night.
