I was looking for workshops in Singapore and came across this. I chose a home apothecary workshop, making body scrub with natural ingredients. I found it informative but quite expensive and really inaccessible.

our team decided to go way off the beaten path to an unusual location for this teambuilding exercise of getting cooped up together out in a nice air-conditioned spot of mini nature...

easy to locate on GPS and it has it's own carpark and you're best driving, the Plant Story is nestled within a People's Association premise on the 2nd floor right at the end with a nice view of the bay

the fun is in the learning about how and why and the many ways in which we can complete our own little Terrarium and following exactly what was described, 5 months later mine absolutely did not need watering thriving in it's own eco-system

if you want quiet concentrated fun that takes some patience and some creativity this is a thinking persons' team outing

although there was a limited menu we mainly had drinks :)

Inspired by nature, The Plant Story believes in harnessing the power of nature of help urbanites find their inner peace. You can easily reconnect with nature without the need to toil under the sun!
For plant lovers, join in their workshops and walk away with your very own miniature garden creations, such as terrariums! If you fancy becoming an urban gardener, there is also a retail space where you can pick up readymade terrariums and other materials to start your own garden.
Feeling hungry? Grab a bite at The Plant Story's integrated garden cafe and spend some quality time with your family in a calming environment with delicious food, music, and books.
