For the price I paid to get a theme suite, it was quite comfortable. High ceiling and quite spacious. I was on the 4th floor but there was no windows in the room. However, there was natural light coming in from the roof. The design of the room is pretty with porcelains just like the hotel's name. Bath tub is big. Comes with separate shower room (with rain shower) and separate toilet.
Bed was comfortable but pillows was too soft for me.
Theme Suite is 2 floors, with just a sofa and exit on the 1st.
Stayed with my husband, my boy (4 year old) and girl (1 year old). Boy slept on the couch joint at the foot of our bed while 1 year old bunked in the bed with us. Not much of noise in our room and we did had a good stay.
Room comes with 2 basins so.... no fighting :)
Lots of food nearby and short walk to Chinatown MRT as well as good hawker food nearby.
Check in/check out was swift and fuss-free.
Would recommend this boutique hotel and pay more to get the theme suite.More
