The hotel is very delightful and central for most activities that one would do in Singapore.
Rooms are comfortable but small depending on what you book.
My gripe with the hotel is that the buffet breakfast, all items that are cooked and heated in a bay marie are stone cold when you go to eat them and also the tea they serve up is stone cold too.
I complained to the Food and Beverage Manager at the time and whilst he accepted my comments and waived the cost of the breakfast, nothing seemed to change over the course of the time we stayed there. I have made numerous complaints through the Accor Hotel customer support and also the Accor Advantage Plus asking for the General Manager of the Hotel to contact me but at best all I have received is a letter from the same Food and Beverage manager. It is plain and obvious that the General Manager is not interested in listening to the comments from his guests or he would have taken time out to reply to me, something that the General Manager in an Accor property in London managed to do. Hats off to the So Softel in everything else but your breakfasts fail even at 50% off with an Accor Plus card.More
