We only stayed in Singapore for three days, but I came to this restaurant twice. Putien in Resort Santosa is the one. As the topic suggests, this restaurant goes beyond food and service. In this super busy restaurant, long queue is expected, but the service trainee, Kah Seng managed the queue so well. From lunch to dinner time, he is always standing at the counter (as the picture showed), delivers cold plum juice while he is sweating. He can take orders for the waiting queue while shouting out loud enough to the waiting crowd of who is next to go in. He stays calm while waiting guests are impatient. He always explains and keeps everyone updated of the seating situation. In this hot and humid weather, I think only monks can do it. Just want to say Thanks to him for his outstanding service. He is not the only star. All staffs inside are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They make children smile by giving them happy balloons. This is not just a restaurant business; this is indeed a happy business. Keep delivering happiness to every guest. We will come back again.
