Beautiful place in nature near Pucon! The owners of the Okori Hostel are very open and welcoming. It was no problem to park our van nearby. The rooms and dorms are really clean and nice! In the bathrooms you got hot water all day, and they are very clean and really beautiful as well. There is a big kitchen with a huge living and dining room! So you definitely get in touch with other travelers which makes a very warm and open feeling!
A place to be in chile!

Went to Okori hostel in pucon previous to the Ironman event. The place was super clean, both the owner and staff were very friendly. My room, which was a private room was daily cleaned. Very well organised in what food terms of food -bring and label your own-. Is a definitely go back hostel!

The Okori Hostel is really nice and cozy, you feel like you are in a Chalet. Its new and very clean, the showers are hot and the kitchen is really well equiped to cook. Outside there are hammock to relax and enjoy the nice weather. The hostel is located a bit out of the center in front of the airport. There is a sign for the hostel at the corner of Camino International and the street of the hostel. Its quite new and the street isnt on Google map or in GPS yet. The situation is great its between the busy center and all the roads leading to different attractions of Pucon area. If you dont have a car, they can organize tours with a pick-up directly from the hostel or rent some bikes there. If i go back to Pucon, i will stay there again i had a great stay :)

I spend approximately a week in Okori around NYE. It's just a km from the centre of Pucon, so if you prefer a place with a more relaxed surrounding away from the city, this is a good one. It was a great hide-out for the mountainbike trips and trekkings I did. Rooms where nice and tidy and the kitchen/living was very relaxed. Karin and Samuel did a great job to make you feel comfortable.

I would say the best hostel I've seen in many years..! we visited in early june, and ended up staying 10 days - the place is so relaxing! a big, warm and cosy living room, a fantastic kitchen, a super-friendly cat, and very happy evenings with owners Karin and Samuel. The rooms are warm and super-clean, the trees around are full of birds (Samuel knows them all), and the location (a little far from the center but easily managed by bus) is great to go hiking (the buses to the parks stop right in front). Note that when we visited (so, june), the parks around are all snowed over, but the trails remain hikeable - making for a beautiful, quiet and icy experience of the araucaria forest. Probably a big change from the busy summer season. Not a heavy-party place, but wonderful to relax and have a bit of easy time..!
