Bedroom was a bit small and a bit tired. Quite far from downtown but close to parks. Reception staff helpful and polite. Hotel only provides breakfast which was a bit of a problem when we were there as all the local restaurants were shut due to it being National Day.

This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping as well as two subway stops that to quickly get you to Plaza De Aramis, Moneda Palace, Ste Luicia, and other tourist attractions. It also is just a few steps from the Green Belt for pleasant runs, bike rides, etc. The hotel has a lovely breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Bed was comfy and room was clean. It is a great value for a big city.

First of all, I was at this hotel last year, recently noticed I forgot to submit my Chile reviews. I chose this originally because it is affordable comfort in a boutique atmosphere. Its charming to stay at this hotel. Its an older building that has been well maintained. It's very clean. Check in was welcoming. Breakfast was really nicely laid out. There was coffee and tea with sweets in the afternoon/evening. The pisco sours at the tiny bar were lovely. Lots of sights were within walking distance including the subway. Hotel is located in a safe area.

First stayed at the Orly 13 years ago when it was rated the #1 value in all of Santiago. Recently returned and it is even better than before! We stayed on the second floor so we can't comment on other rooms. But the room was large enough for a king size bed, it was very well accompanied, and it was very comfortable. The complimentary wi-fi is a bit slow, but more than adequate for e-mail. The complimentary breakfast is heads and shoulders above what we've experienced at 5 star Santiago properties. How can one say the price is expensive when our cost was $110 per night including two scrumptious breakfasts for two? The location is superb. We enjoy Providencia so much more than downtown. The subway entrance is about two blocks away. And there are numerous very fine restaurants within very short walking distance. Like I said, what's not to like? Definitely recommend!

Very nice older hotel in a great location. Stayed one night. Easy walk to cable car, less than 15 minutes to the cable car. However, if you take the funicular down, the walk back to the hotel is long and not an easy shot. Nice restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. Shower water took awhile to warm up.
