I went to see an exhibition called la revolución de las formas. The place is big and it has a modern and minimalistic design. The exhibition was about Chilean artist that were involved in the shape revolution around the '50s in Chile. Lot of geometric shapes painting a few sculptures. It is free before noon and 3,000 after. 100% recommended

Interesting to visit this cultus centre built into the basements underneath the plaza in front of La Moneda. Light and airy. A wonderful use of space. Great cafes there too.

One of the places to see when you're walking around Santiago Although this is the building where the president is, you would think there is more to do or see but there is not. A few guards will stand outside and that is about it.

I went to see the Picasso exhibit recently and it was wonderful! The location is right in front of the Moneda and they have 2 entrances, one on each side of the Moneda, that go underground. Going earlier is best as there are fewer people, the exhibit was free and spacious and we spent about an hour browsing. They have lockers to leave backpacks for free and a nice gift shop with reasonable prices. It's important to note that the cultural center is not the same as the Palacio de la Moneda too, if you want to visit the Palace you must make a reservation online at least a week in advance, but no reservation is needed for the cultural center!
