As most hotels of this chain, they do not disappoint. Great service, food, cleanliness, room service and a great and glamorous party.
Even if I stayed for vacationing, it also looks like a great hotel to be used during business trip. It even have shops inside the Hotel for your convenience or for pampering yourself.
Definitely a good choice.

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The common area are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The rooms are likewise. What really impressed me was the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate and anticipate any needs. One thing I found incongruous was the persistent ambient techno music. Maybe that was the day's playlist but I found it odd. Just me being too picky about an incredible hotel.

We stayed here for four nights in total (two before our week-long Galapagos voyage, and two afterwards). We were allocated room 712 the first time and room 640 the second time. Both rooms were of the same high standard.

The hotel is about 45 minutes' drive from the airport, and is located in a busy area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is absolutely first-class. The large, glass, airy lobby with marble floors, sitting area, bar and shops gives an excellent first impression.

There is a very impressive restaurant downstairs which served an excellent breakfast with a huge choice. The restaurant opened onto the poolside. Upstairs near the lift is another restaurant, "La Hacienda" which served delicious dinners and had low-key live entertainment, e.g. a musician playing typical Latin type tunes.

There is a good selection of shops selling interesting souvenirs, clothing and jewellery typical of the area (including the ubiquitous Panama hats!).

Our rooms were fantastic! They were very large, immaculately clean and very well appointed, with a king size bed, spacious bathroom with large, deep bath, separate shower stall and separate toilet cubicle, mirrored sink with backlit makeup mirror and a selection of toiletries. The rooms also contained a big walk-in closet with bathrobes and slippers and an iron and ironing board. A coffee maker is also supplied.

The service on the front desk, bars and restaurants was absolutely first-class. It's a long time since we've stayed in a hotel as good as this one.

Would completely recommend, without hesitation, for anyone visiting Ecuador. Could not fault it at all.

Typical of the chain's JW properties, the hotel is nicely decorated, well laid out and offers all the amenities one would expect i.e., spacious, comfortable rooms, a restaurant, well equiped fitness center, wi fi, etc. The only negative noted was the restaurant, which offered pretty mediocre food for the price. Recommend you dine elsewhere. Lives up to the overall image of the JWs.

From time if check in until we left the staff and the hotel were wonderful! Did their best with anything we asked for. Also the concierge was wonderful when we scheduled a side trip. My wife was happy and that's important. Love the club room upstairs, very nice. Only good things to say about this hotel.
