Stayed at the Marriott as part of a cruise/tour with celebrity Cruises. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, large, and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Only downside is that it is located about 45 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

We appreciate your comments regarding our service, rooms and breakfast buffet.

As a JW brand we are always aiming to provide guests with a 5 star service. We are glad to know we achieved your expectations and that we, as associates, were helpful.

Our rooms were renovated two years ago, this is why they are so beautiful, modern, spacious, and magnificent. We improved them using our guest recommendation in order to make every stay memorable and unique.

Thank you for mentioning our delicious breakfast buffet. Did you have a chance to try our fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies station? It is guests usual favorite part of the buffet! My preferred mix is with oranges, bananas and strawberries.

We stayed here before & after our trip to The Galapagos. We came in at 1 am and they did everything they could in helping us. Check in was a breeze, light information, warm drink and got us off to bed! Great no-nonsense! Fabulous breakfast buffet each am. We had lunch in the Exchange Pub, and dinner at night at Marriott 's Restaurant. Excellent food. Place was spotless, and someone was always handing you a rose!

We appreciate your comments regarding our outstanding service, food, and amenities.

We are happy to know you really felt the JW Treatment and the Marriott International thinking of "putting people first". As associates we do our best to exceed our guests expectations because we follow the principle that Mr. Marriott himself created: "If you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of your customers/guests, and they will come back". Our objective is to make customers feel special and we are eager to know you felt that way.

In regards to our food, our chefs prepare food with the quality ingredients. We are pleased you were able to enjoy our breakfast buffet options. Did you try our fresh smoothie station? My personal favorite is a mixture of orange, bananas and strawberries. We are pleased you were also able to enjoy other of our spectacular restaurants including The Exchange Bar.

We stayed in a Junior suite room 633. The views up toward the mountains are good but if you look down around the hotel there are car lots in rooftops and the view is not so pleasant. It’s hard to go strolling around the hotel as there is nothing in close proximity, however Parque La Carolina is not too far away. The junior suite is extremely spacious and well appointed with two TVs and plenty of different places to sit. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The suite's bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, two sinks, and was quite spacious with separate toilet area with a door. There are lots of bath amenities, and a daily replenishment of bottled water. The room has a coffee maker and a small unstocked mini fridge that you can ask housekeeping to fill with the products of your choice (for a price). The room comes with access to the executive lounge which is a incredibly great deal. There is breakfast, grab-and-go lunches, a quite extensive evening appetizer buffet, as well as a late evening dessert buffet included in the price. Non-alcoholic beverages are available around the clock, and the evening appetizer buffet comes with wines from Chile and Argentina and bottled beer. The breakfast buffet in the main hotel dining room is quite extensive and features a very nice smoothie bar where you can pick from many different ingredients of your choice, many buffet items, as well as cooked to order items. It was substantial and extremely adequate. The spa was fine, we had a massage and a facial and it was adequate but nothing super special. The downside of the spa was that once you changed into your robe in the dressing room you had to walk up a long staircase that was visible through glass to the pool area providing no privacy. The treatment rooms were fine and that the price was in line with what you would expect from a large hotel chain. The staff is extremely friendly and housekeeping was quick and adequate. The only thing missing was local charm.

Our rooms where recently renovated about two years ago; this is why our rooms are so pleasant and modern. We renovated them thinking in our guests and in how to make their stay memorable. We are glad you enjoyed them!

We agree with you, our breakfast buffet is delicious! Our smoothie station, as you mentioned, has a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to make a unique combination. Our chefs use best quality ingredients when cooking; this is why our food is so enjoyable.
In regards to our service, it is what makes us so special and different from other hotels. We work to make our guests feel welcomed and at home. As a JW Marriott, we follow Marriott International's standards and procedures and we follow the most important guide from our founder: "Put people first".

Stayed for just one night but it was nice. Our check-in was speedy and I used the App which seems to help a bit. I had a very nice room with access to the Concierge Lounge. The lobby is huge and very nice. Lots of flowers and it was busy. There is meeting space and there seemed to be lots going on. The Concierge Lounge was nice and had some good snacks at night and a very good breakfast buffet with everything I like; eggs, fruit/yogurt, and toast. Service was very good and everyone was super friendly. I used the gym and was a little disappointed. It is in the basement and is carpeted. Almost like it was used for something else at one point. Low ceilings, kind of dark, etc. They could make some simple changes to make it better. But I don’t think many people work out in Quito due to the altitude. Overall a good stay and would definitely come back .

We renovated our rooms in 2016 and we took all recommendations from our guests to make them modern and succeed guest’s expectations. This is why they are so comfortable, beautiful and modern.

It is great you had access to our Executive Lounge and that our service and food exceeded your expectations! Our food is prepared with best quality ingredients; this is why it is so delicious. Did you enjoy the view of Cotopaxi Mountain from the Executive Floor terrace? It is honestly my personal favorite view from the hotel. As a luxury brand we are always aiming to go outside the box by making our guests feel welcomed.

We appreciate your comments about our beautiful lobby. Did you know our lobby has crystal ceiling in order for guests to admire our mountains and city view?

Regarding our amazing Ecuadorian flower arrangements, they are everywhere illuminating our hotel. Our outstanding florists make an excellent job in creating these arrangements for all our guests. Ecuadorian roses are simply beautiful!

As a JW brand we always want to go above and beyond guests expectations by making them feel welcome and taken care of. We are happy you enjoyed our service and felt the real JW Treatment.

One of the best customer service expressed by the staff. I enjoyed the Restaurant , Spa and all was worth the time and expense. I do not mind the cost if the service was five star. I recommend any one looking for a safe and excellent service to make your reservation to this J W Marriott . I might recommend there should be a no cost service transportation to and from the Airport for guess.

Which of our restaurants did you had the chance to try? All of them are excellent because our chefs prepare food with fresh and best quality ingredients. Next time you visit us we recommend you to try our sushi at Kaori Sushi Bar. My personal favorite roll is the spicy tuna.

It is great you were able to spend time at our spa. We believe it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy in our resort type pool.
