Love love loved this hotel! It was perfectly centered amongst a quiet neighborhood and a fine quality selection of restaurants. My group stayed here for 2 nights, and we felt very safe and comfortable. The amenities and staff were very helpful, and we loved the little courtyard outside. Breakfast was great, although was more traditional and had some foods we had never experienced before (including some unsweetened juices, which shocked us). Our room overlooked the busy streets below, and the only problem I really had with the hotel location was the noise coming from outside in the city. Overall, loved this hotel, and felt as though it was very clean and a great place to stay!

I can't say enough positive things about this cozy family owned boutique hotel. The service we received was outstanding and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The moment we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces and we knew that we'd found a home in Quito. It's a mere ten minutes to the artisanal market and the supermarket is just around the corner. We appreciate a good night's sleep and from this location the street noise is minimal for a capital city. Hoping to return one day!

We started here with a G adventures tour and immediately fell in love with this quaint, clean, little family run boutique hotel. Staff is friendly, speak english and are super helpful. From transportation to directions they can do it all.

I love the location. It's close to everything. Breakfast was great. I was impressed for the Victorian style. Excellent staff, specially the two front desk ladies. they were nice and very helpful. The only disappointment was the TV. They should install flat television.
