Meals are designed for 4, but after a look at the menu, Juan Carlos (the chef) took me over to see what was cooking. At 1330 the place was still busy. They sat the five of us down and he came over and suggested the beef and shrimp (it's not on the menu - you don't need the menu. LOL.)
He was bang on. Huge prawns and delicious tenderloin! The meat was closer to medium rare than medium, but we tend to order "up" when travelling for just this reason.
My allergy to nuts meant that the one dessert was out of the question, so, again - the chef said "I'll make you a meringue" and the others can share the nut dessert. Wonderful presentation and nice deserts.
One nit would be that the jug of "limonada" came as LIMEADE and as a result was a bitter drink.
Big Lunch for 5 came to 100. We didn't bother with dinner last night!
Go, if you are in Cuenca.
