Our stay at your place was tremendous. Your Penthouse was beautifully decorated, very functional, great fireplace and Jacuzzi, excellent views, very functional and well equipped. I would have stayed there again in March 2016 when I was here last but I did not see it advertised. My wife bought the decorated clay roof tiles because of your wife's decor in your condo. Just a fantastic stay and we are extremely grateful to have met you and stayed in your place!! We will be there again in early Nov. 2016 for my 61st birthday and would love to stop by and see you again!!

We liked this apartment best of the three we stayed at. The owners had added a lot of extra's to make your stay welcome. The view of the city was nice, the large balcony that runs the length of the apartment was especially nice with a two person Jacuzzi tub on the balcony. We brought our own DVD player as there was not one here and at one of the other condo's we rented in Ecuador. Other than that, this was a nice quiet neighborhood with a great view. There were some resturants within walking distance. The apartment is also close to a river & park. The owners live in Cuenca and were very helpful. We would rent this apartment again if we come back.
