Excellent service . I feel like home , has been in this hotel for many years ,any issue will be a rapid response , SAUL is the person who attend the SHERATON CLUB in the morning , make you feel that some one from your family is taking care of you . RAUL AND CARMEN

My adult daughter and I planned a 9 day trip through Peru to see the sites and started the trip in Lima. We stayed at this hotel and from the moment we arrived they were welcoming. The hotel is spotless, the service fantastic and overall extremely accommodating. The room was very clean, breakfast was very good and the experience was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing - all a short walk. We felt very safe walking around - no issues at all.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking a park that was fantastic.

It is not the fanciest of SPG hotels, but it is incredibly comfortable and dreamy beds and wonderfully located. And when you've been in other places in Peru where hot showers are a rare commodity, this hotel serves up fabulously steamy showers. The best kept secret in the lounge on the 18th floor. Hardly anyone up here and they served almost complete meals at dinner time. Oh, the shuttle to Miraflores is an incredible offering, too. Staff in the hotel are attentive throughout. We lost a photo - forgot it in our room. They returned it to us.

It's located right between the old town and the airport, taking about 30 minutes each. Great room with fluffy beds and the receptionists are accommodating. Free wifi and welcome drinks are offered, which for guests are always a nice touch. Not to mention, there is a supermarket/ mall right at the corner. Oh, and if you don't have an early flight to catch, make sure you enjoy their splendid breakfast buffet.

I really enjoyed this hotel and the amenities. After a long trip it was very comfortable and room service was good. Very close to art museum and other historical sites. Shuttle to Mira Flores was nice but traffic is terrible. If you want a very Western experience stay in Mira Flores. If you want a very comfortable and historic introduction to Peru, stay here.
