Stayed for two nights in a triple room in September. First, our room was quite spacious for a triple and very comfortable. All worked well-wifi, TV, etc. Relatively quiet as we were on 13th floor. The pool on the roof is cute--but much smaller than it looks in pics. Breakfast is very good and you get free welcome drinks which was nice. Staff was OK--but not overly friendly or helpful, but did fine. The location is a bit distant from the major points in MIraflores--a long walk to the Central Park or shopping center overlooking the water. We used the hotel car service one night--and it was efficient. The rest of the time Uber was great and only like 15 S to get us into the old Central area of town. So all in all, nothing super special but clean and comfortable. Nice stay.

This is not a 5* hotel, it is a five star review. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we didn't even choose it (our tour company did). The room was adequate, but it was the service where they shone brightest. Breakfast was opening late that morning for a holiday, which we found out last minute, so they packed us a boxed breakfast. Very happy they could think out side the 'box' for us! The restaurant had fantastic food, a neat vibe and eclectic atmosphere. And Great Cocktails! After being in the jungle for a week, this hotel was everything we hoped for and more.

This hotel is nice and was unlike the rest we stayed at in Peru. Everyone here speaks English and it seemed that most of the guests were also from English speaking countries. The rooms and hotel were modern. The breakfast was vast with hot and cold items - certainly the best we had over 12 days of hotels. The shower did not run out of cold water. The hotel airport shuttle is a rip off - use Uber. The hotel was also slow at responding to emails - would recommend calling instead. The coffee in the room is only free the first night of your stay then you will be charged a "restocking fee". No free bottled water in the rooms ($2). One free welcome drink that lists many options however, when exchanged, the bartender said the options listed directly on the card were actually not options and we could only redeem for Pisco Sours (small ones at that). There is no Peruvian charm to this hotel. You will forget you are even in Peru. If that is what you are going for, then stay here. Not very close to downtown Miraflores.

Married couple and single friend; 1st time in Peru for all. arrived very early-6A or so. room not ready. Jonathan allowed us to use the bathrooms on the 17th floor where the pool is to shower, etc. We stored our luggage and even though we were not technically 'checked-in', Jonathan made a phone call to get permission so we could eat-MUCHO GRACIAS again! Entire staff are great! rooms good sized, very clean. Spent 2 days here. Breakfast usual buffet: egg's/meats/cheeses/breads, etc. Rooms are quiet; both had seating areas with a 'wet-bar'. There is a grocery store 5 mins. away-bought supplies there. Took hotel car service to Plaza Mayor: s/50 for 3 of us. Julian was awesome! Explained where to go, etc; what the area was like. In NO way should you attempt to drive there-none! Turns out it is a national holiday: SANTA ROSA DAY: lots of police and military parades. Saw the sites around the Plaza. Had lunch at the HOTEL BOLIVAR where they invented the Pisco Sour. Only one we had on entire trip. About s/100 for all of us. Left a good-sized tip to our server as she was great-forget her name. She tried to give us money back stating it was "too-much". Your usually do not tip there, but we always left something. Called Julian to pick us up: about 20 minute window: we walked out of the restaurant as he was pulling up..... There is an outdoor bar and pool on 17th floor. Did not use pool; tried to check out the bar but was told "no" Private function? No idea. Restaurant and bar on main level. Ate there once; was OK. Hotel is across the street from the Brazilian Embassy; safe area; easy walking. Ruins are a 10 minute walk away--a must see. Would stay at here again

Room Tip: higher up for city views

“Good city hotel, in line with what is expected. Good sized rooms and bed. The bathroom is also good sized and the shower has very good pressure. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of options and good quality.
