Nikkei (the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian) cuisine at its best.
The menu accompanies great quality sashimi with sushi, makis, and main courses that go way beyond the usual sauteed preparations, bringing in ingredients from the Sierra and Amazon regions of Peru with creativity, technique and excellent taste. Desserts are very much worth saving some appetite to have them.
The list of cocktails and wines is not very large but represent a good selection and also include original combinations in the case of cocktails (both with or without alcohol).
