Two weeks in the Quest was very good. Clean big rooms where you can cook or walk out the main door to a number of good restaurants. Staff were very friendly, simple but ample breakfast provided. No WiFi, but buy a SIM with data at the airport, it's cheap.

Stayed for a week in a studio apartment - new, spotlessly clean and serviced everyday, continental breakfast basket in room with plenty of choices fresh every day, easy car parking, central Suva with department store across the road and easy shopping adjacent.

Good view of roof tops and harbour from room balcony. Helpful staff.

Room Tip: Room with balcony and view high up in building a good choice

Ok, I get it it’s not the Dorchester but this is on London. It’s Suva a happy but very poor capital town. The apartment faces the ocean and mountains (I Guess the Dorchester does not offer that, Hyde Park or the Strand perhaps.
Suva is clean but shabby. The Quest apartments are in town (which is very quiet at night and even during the day. surprising how many cars are electric!
So back to the quest apartments, clean, friendly, local, and a basket breakfast with room service. impressive for where you are. Well done Quest.

Room Tip: Stay high. It’s a ten storey building so high is good. We are in 518 and it’s good.

Right in the heart of downtown Suva, the Quest Apartments on levels 5-7 is a great place to stay if you can get a good rate.

I booked an executive studio through Agoda, but the room configuration request wasn’t received by Quest, and rather than having a twin room we got a queen with a single added by the door. It was a bit squishy/awkward, but ok, and they accommodated the extra bed quickly.

The room had a large balcony, kitchenette with sink, cook top, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. A basket of continental breakfast was topped up each day when they cleaned the room. The bathroom was a good size, with a large shower and toiletries.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no pool, but there was a gym with the basics. Wifi is paid only (and at an extortionate rate) but there’s free wifi in the lobby.

There’s a large shopping centre just across the road, with a fantastic supermarket (and two more around the next corner.) The bus station is a 5 minute walk away. A cab from the airport cost $30.

There’s a daytime bar called The Garrick across the road, which seems to be filled with drunk old locals. It’s music blares all day long, but it closes around 7pm, so it’s not a real bother.

Although I would never visit Suva again and not recommend it to others, (not much to offer tourists) if I did, I’d stay here again.

We stayed at the Quest in October (family of 6). It is very conveniently located in the city centre (hence it is quite pricey). The rooms itself were lovely with everything you need (including a safe). The carpark was difficult to find so maybe they should provide information of the car park prior to the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free wifi in reception which was useful. If you want to be based centrally then this is a good place to stay.
