Basic Hotel NOT a 5* Hotel. How can a 11 roomed hotel be 5*? In my opinion, it is 1*. The name Hotel Boutique Las does not exist, it is just known as Hotel LAS. It is a little known Hotel on the outskirts of Tirana, as had to give directions to a taxi driver, as he had never heard of it. To repeat, this a 1* Hotel.

Breakfast: Filter coffee:- was it coffee or tea? It may satisfy the Germans and Northern Europeans, but not Spanish, French or British! Why was the cheese kept on the same place as meat? Hygiene?! Good quantity of sweet items but normal breakfast items limited.

On the first night, we had dinner - what a disaster: Bread and salad arrived. 1 minute later, the soup arrived. 2 minutes later the main course arrived - VERY efficient! Conclusion: Cold main course! Bland tasting food. Overpriced! Could have eaten better and cheaper at the Hilton!

Asking Hotel staff about tours, received blank stares: they knew nothing of what went on in the centre of Tirana. Was hoping to find out about coach tours of Albania, with no help from hotel staff, this took 5 days to unravel.

Room was clean BUT why did house-keeping have to open drawers and wardrobe??

Tiny swimming pool more than 2m deep! Big enough for 3 people. Tennis courts - what tennis court?

Woken up at 4am by Minaret chants - come back Enver Hoxha.

Last day, had to leave at 7:30 hours. Breakfast doesn't start until 08:00 hours they said - NOTHING even though this was INCLUDED in the price and the previous evening we told there would be something to eat and drink. 11 days was too long, 2 would have been better.

Reminder to EU citizens: don't phone Albania for shuttle service as this could cost £2/min! In fact it's a taxi - and it's not a free shuttle service!

NEVER AGAIN!

This hotel is a safe choice in Tirana. Very clean and modern with great hosts taking all the efforts to keep us satified. Also the pool was a great help during hot weather. Nice patio to have a drink or meal. The walk to city centre or hipster area was nothing big. Strongly recommend!

Ww loved our stay here. Great rooms, wifi, breakfast, helpful staff, garden patio and pool. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tirana. 20 minute walk from Skandenbeg Square and a good bar on site.

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently, the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Location was pretty close to the centre of Tirana and would definitely consider returning if I’m in Tirana again.

This is a nice, well-organised homely hotel – not so far from the city centre. Rooms are of very good standard, the small pool may “refresh you” when the weather is warm and the garden with the bar provides a nice space for breakfasts, drinks and reading. The owner has a very interesting background as an artist and may even play a tune on classical guitar in the evening if you ask him. We had requested a pick up from airport and this worked perfectly.
